Description

Factory process workers support dairy and nutrition production near Rolleston by operating machinery, completing quality checks and maintaining safe, clean processing areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line machinery.
• Operate filling machines, case packers and palletising robots.
• Sort, pack, sample and complete quality checks.
• Manage damaged or wasted product and perform general production duties.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Honesty, reliability and motivation to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety and quality focus.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for day, night or rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Full driver licence and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check.
• Valid New Zealand working rights.
