Pick strawberries efficiently throughout the season on a family farm, maintaining fruit quality while working long outdoor shifts in changing weather.

Responsibilities

• Pick strawberries while maintaining quality
• Work from approximately 6:30am for about six hours daily
• Work six days weekly with one rostered day off
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Commit through the end of December or early January
• Follow instructions and meet performance expectations

Requirements

• Strong back and physical fitness
• Good eyesight and colour recognition
• Reliable, honest, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
• Good English communication skills
• Own reliable transport and accommodation
• Valid New Zealand work rights
• Commitment to the full season

Benefits

• NZD 23.50 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
