Assist orchard owners with daily operations by leading seasonal teams, maintaining quality, operating machinery, and supporting orchard production activities.

Responsibilities

• Run seasonal teams for thinning, harvesting, and pruning
• Perform quality control checks
• Communicate with and support coworkers
• Operate tractors and spray equipment
• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment
• Manage young trees and irrigation
• Operate the hail net machine
• Support sheep work and staff health and safety

Requirements

• Leadership experience
• Full driver's licence
• Drug-free status
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
• Ability to operate and maintain orchard machinery
• Ability to support seasonal teams
