Description

Receive, check, count and distribute food and non-food stock at the Hermitage Hotel in Aoraki Mount Cook, primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check food and non-food deliveries
• Move incoming food to the hotel's various areas
• Count stock accurately
• Follow store procedures and instructions

Requirements

• Be physically fit
• Work without supervision
• Be well structured and organised
• Follow instructions and count accurately
• Food-handling knowledge advantageous
• Understanding of FIFO advantageous
