Description

Manage face-to-face fundraising sales and marketing strategy in Auckland, developing campaigns, leads and customer engagement for a growing charitable fundraising company.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for websites and social media
• Work with sales teams on programme development and implementation
• Create and execute lead-generation programmes
• Analyse campaign data and efficiency
• Review creative marketing materials against brand guidelines
• Report marketing plans and recommendations to senior management
• Manage sales subcontractors

Requirements

• Sales and marketing degree
• At least two years of marketing experience
• At least one year of fundraising experience
• At least four years of sales management experience
• Google Analytics and web-analysis proficiency
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, communication and presentation skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
