Full-time overnight hostel role combining guest hosting, late-arrival assistance and housekeeping to keep the Wellington property welcoming and ready for the next day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals and assist guests during evening and overnight hours
• Handle guest enquiries confidently and independently
• Complete housekeeping tasks and prepare the property for the day ahead
• Work late, night and weekend shifts on a rotating roster

Requirements

• Positive can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Availability for evenings, nights and weekends
• Valid New Zealand passport, resident visa or current work visa
