Pick male kiwifruit flowers from orchards around Te Puke and Tauranga on a seasonal piece-rate contract, working outdoors and travelling between orchard sites.

Responsibilities

• Pick male kiwifruit flowers from orchard vines
• Work across different orchards in the Te Puke and Tauranga area
• Meet picking expectations under a piece-rate system
• Work safely outdoors in changing weather
• Follow team and orchard instructions

Requirements

• Availability for the full month of November
• Self-motivation for piece-rate work
• Physical fitness and enjoyment of outdoor work
• Height over 160 centimetres
• Valid work permit or visa, excluding SSE and student visas
• New Zealand bank account and IRD number
• No previous experience required
