Description

Supervise fruit flow through a cherry packing facility, coordinating production, data capture and compliance from receipt through transportation during harvest.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fruit processing from supplier receipt through packing
• Ensure scanning and accurate process record keeping
• Coordinate with packaging staff on quality, safety and hygiene standards
• Record daily throughput and waste accurately for invoicing
• Work with packhouse management and the production team

Requirements

• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
• Physical fitness with good hearing and eyesight
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
• Knowledge of Xero or ABC office software is advantageous
