Description

Two people will live onsite at a boutique lodge, combining housekeeping, breakfast service, guest reception and general hospitality duties through a fixed-term season.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping and preparing guest rooms
• Preparing and serving breakfast and lunch packs
• Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
• Handling bookings, emails and general administration
• Providing local information and assisting with shuttle arrangements
• Serving drinks and preparing bar snacks
• Completing general lodge duties and basic maintenance

Requirements

• Professional couple with hotel, lodge or hospitality experience
• Experience in housekeeping and guest services
• Excellent customer-service focus and attention to detail
• Reliable, organised, friendly and well presented
• Valid New Zealand work permit and strong spoken and written English
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility

• NZD 25–27 per hour based on experience and performance
