A kitchen hand supports restaurant operations in Queenstown by managing dishwashing, assisting chefs, maintaining cleanliness and helping the team deliver smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the dishwashing area
• Assist chefs and produce stipulated kitchen items as required
• Keep the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and operational
• Support the team in delivering smooth service

Requirements

• Willingness to work in a commercial kitchen
• Ability to keep work areas clean, tidy and operational
• Availability for a seven-day roster
• Flexibility for weekend, morning and evening work
