Description

Event assistants install and dismantle marquees for the Akaroa French Festival while lifting equipment and completing scheduled event-support shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install marquees for the Akaroa French Festival
• Dismantle marquees after the festival
• Start at 8am and work at least seven hours on each scheduled day
• Lift equipment weighing up to 20kg

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20kg
• Physical fitness for marquee installation and dismantling
• Availability on 6 and 7 October and for dismantling on 12 October
• Willingness to work reliably as part of a six-person crew

Benefits

• Paid rate of NZD 25.87 per hour including holiday pay
