Packhouse staff sort, grade and pack freshly picked cherries for export and local sale during the summer cherry season in an indoor facility.

Responsibilities

• Sort, grade and pack freshly picked cherries
• Check fruit quality for export and local sale
• Complete daily packing as harvest volumes require
• Work flexible finish times based on the day’s harvest

Requirements

• Great work ethic
• Strong attention to detail for repetitive tasks
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team
• NZ work rights or a valid NZ work visa
