Hands-on orchard work in Motueka performing bud thinning, tip crushing, summer pruning and general tasks for kiwifruit and apple production.

Responsibilities

• Perform bud thinning and tip crushing
• Carry out summer pruning and general orchard work
• Work on foot while reaching and stretching for extended periods
• Work weekdays and Saturdays when required

Requirements

• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Reasonable fitness for repetitive outdoor work
• Comfort with prolonged standing, stretching and reaching
• Availability for the full season
• New Zealand citizenship, residency or a valid work visa
