Description

Joiner/cabinet maker crafting bespoke furniture and cabinetry in a commercial workshop, with occasional on-site fitting and installation work.

Responsibilities

• Craft and assemble bespoke furniture and cabinetry from drawings
• Work with hardwood, softwood, MDF and veneered boards
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely
• Fit and install pieces on site when required
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop
• Collaborate with the team and liaise with clients or site managers

Requirements

• Experience in cabinet making, bench joinery or shopfitting
• Ability to read technical drawings and work independently
• Skill with woodworking machinery, tools and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Reliability, punctuality and good communication
• Full driving licence preferred and comfort driving a manual vehicle
