Description

Farmhand supporting a Mid Canterbury dairy operation with calf rearing, milking, tractor feeding and general livestock work through the spring season.

Responsibilities

• Help rear calves and milk approximately 550 cows
• Drive the tractor for feeding out
• Provide extra support so the farm team can take days off
• Work collaboratively with the full-time farm team

Requirements

• Some farming experience
• An eye for detail
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
• A good sense of humour and team-oriented attitude

Benefits
