Description

The Customer Care Agent supports campervan travellers by troubleshooting vehicle issues, coordinating repairs and roadside assistance, and resolving disruptions across three countries.

Responsibilities

• Support customers travelling throughout Australia, New Zealand and the USA
• Troubleshoot campervan and vehicle issues by phone, email and messaging
• Book mechanics, repairers and roadside assistance providers
• Coordinate repairs, follow up cases and keep customers informed
• Prioritise urgent breakdowns while managing multiple cases

Requirements

• Customer service, travel, tourism, automotive or operations experience is highly regarded
• Strong communication and practical troubleshooting skills
• Calm decision-making and empathy under pressure
• Organised case management and prioritisation ability
• Willingness to learn campervan and vehicle systems
