Description

The Night Porter independently manages overnight hotel security and guest needs while providing reception, emergency response, cleaning, kitchen and food-service support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-night and early-morning guests
• Answer telephones and deliver messages
• Patrol the hotel and grounds and respond to emergencies
• Clean public areas and maintain kitchens
• Handle guest requests and prepare food and beverages

Requirements

• At least three years of hotel-environment experience
• Hospitality experience including housekeeping and food and beverage
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Honesty, integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised and respond calmly to emergencies
• Flexibility to work weekends and hold a valid working visa
