Description

This part-time tourism role handles reservations, tour logistics, guest hosting and venue preparation while supporting Milford Sound day tours from Te Anau.

Responsibilities

• Process enquiries and bookings by phone and email
• Create pickup manifests and prepare tours
• Liaise with suppliers and agents
• Upsell tours and experiences
• Host guests and deliver premium service
• Prepare food and beverage and clean venues

Requirements

• Tourism, administration or customer-experience experience
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Positive, hardworking and sales-minded approach
• Ability to solve logistical challenges
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Rezdy or similar booking-system knowledge is advantageous
