Description

Seasonal cherry harvest truck-driving role transporting fruit and returning bins between orchards and the packhouse during a full-time summer operation.

Responsibilities

• Transport cherries from orchards to the packhouse
• Return bins and buckets from the packhouse to orchard fields
• Track bin card numbers, grower details and buckets accurately
• Use the log book competently and lawfully
• Work variable full-time hours between 06:00 and 17:00

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 driver licence
• Valid New Zealand working rights
• Competent and law-abiding log book use
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability over Christmas, New Year and public holidays
• Energetic and experienced truck driver
