This seasonal chef role prepares creative, well-presented food for a luxury high-country lodge while supporting a close-knit kitchen team on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food to a high standard
• Contribute new menu ideas
• Work a rotating seven-day roster with two days off
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and efficient
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Communicate with and support the kitchen team

Requirements

• Confident and experienced chef with café or restaurant experience
• Reliability and motivation
• Availability for weekends and public holidays
• Creative flair and excellent food presentation
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork
• High standard of food safety and hygiene
