This full-time seasonal role maintains grounds and produce while caring for horses and taking lodge guests on short treks around a Canterbury property.

Responsibilities

• Plant produce and maintain the grounds
• Work independently and alongside the head gardener
• Care for horses
• Take lodge guests on short treks around the property
• Contribute creative ideas to the grounds

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Gardening or groundskeeping capability
• Experience and confidence working with horses
• Passion for gardening and horses
• Willingness to work in a busy changing environment
