Responsibilities

• Pick blueberries during the September to December harvest season
• Perform repetitive bending, reaching and lifting tasks
• Accurately distinguish blueberry ripeness by colour
• Work outdoors in warm weather and follow harvest procedures

Requirements

• Physical fitness for repetitive bending, reaching and lifting
• Ability to distinguish blueberry ripeness based on colour
• Reliable transport for the rural worksite
• No severe bee allergy
• Motivation and reliability
