Responsibilities

• Safely drive and host small groups on full-day North Island tours
• Deliver engaging commentary and local knowledge
• Provide outstanding customer service to every guest
• Follow passenger-endorsement safety systems and protocols
• Showcase New Zealand landscapes, culture and hospitality
• Represent Expedigo professionally and warmly

Requirements

• Full New Zealand Class 1 driver's licence
• Passenger endorsement required
• Previous guiding or tour-leading experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent customer-service skills
• Safe and confident driving experience
• Passion for creating great guest experiences
