Description

Provides seasonal housekeeping, visitor support, guiding and general operational assistance at Larnach Castle during its October-to-May summer season.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and shared accommodation areas
• Support Gatehouse and visitor-area operations
• Assist visitors and provide castle history tours
• Perform general cleaning, restocking and basic maintenance
• Support other departments as required

Requirements

• Friendly, reliable and positive attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility for weekends, public holidays and busy periods
• Attention to detail and pride in housekeeping work
• Previous hospitality or tourism experience is helpful but not essential
