Description

Supports guest service and daily aviation-base operations at Mount Cook Ski Planes and Helicopters in a fast-paced alpine tourism environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins, bookings, enquiries and payments
• Explain flights, safety procedures and weather conditions
• Load and unload passengers and cargo safely
• Marshal aircraft, provide safety briefings and support aircraft turnarounds
• Maintain presentation of customer areas and assist with general duties

Requirements

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability and an adaptable, energetic attitude
• Valid driver's licence
• Commitment to health, safety and outstanding guest experiences
• Knowledge of the local area or willingness to learn

Benefits
