A permanent full-time South Auckland contact-centre role helping guests book campervan holidays and answering questions about travel experiences in New Zealand and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Match customers with suitable campervans using product knowledge.
• Provide quotes and assist with New Zealand and Australian holiday bookings.
• Manage phone, email and live-chat communication channels.
• Work toward sales targets and highlight activities to guests.

Requirements

• One to two years of customer service or contact-centre experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
• Tech-savvy approach and enthusiasm for travel and tourism.
• Availability for some evenings and weekends.
