Description

Seasonal Gisborne orchard work involving kiwifruit thinning, flower picking and canopy management, with outdoor work and training for suitable crew members.

Responsibilities

• Perform bud thinning and flower picking
• Complete cosmetic fruit thinning
• Assist with spring and summer canopy management
• Work on foot outdoors for long periods

Requirements

• Ability to work with hands above head for long periods
• Good physical fitness
• Reliable, positive team attitude
• Horticulture experience preferred but not essential
