Description

An operations assistant and groomer prepares campervans, supports customer pick-ups and drop-offs, handles enquiries, and completes basic vehicle maintenance in Christchurch.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at pick-up and explain campervan use
• Handle drop-offs, vehicle checks, and system updates
• Clean and prepare vehicles with required equipment
• Respond to customer enquiries by email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Complete basic vehicle checks, maintenance, and interior fixes
• Perform administration and vehicle-related errands

Requirements

• Current New Zealand work rights
• Full driver's licence and own transport
• At least one year of operations or customer-facing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
