Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Assist with bookings and reservations
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Provide accurate product, service and policy information
• Maintain accurate interaction records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members for consistent service

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Customer-facing experience, preferably tourism or hospitality
• Proficiency with customer service software and databases
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Passion for exceptional service and weekend availability
