Support helicopter tourism operations on New Zealand’s West Coast through flight following, aircraft loading, courtesy driving, bookings and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor flight following and support operational logistics
• Load helicopters safely
• Drive courtesy vans for guests
• Handle general enquiries and bookings
• Deliver a safe, enjoyable customer experience
• Follow health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Logistical and problem-solving ability
• Previous aviation tourism experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and customer service motivation
• Full clean driver licence for automatic and manual vehicles
• Flexible availability and valid New Zealand work rights
• First Aid and health and safety experience desirable
