Description

Sell outdoor and military surplus products in a fast-paced Christchurch store while assisting shoppers, processing stock and delivering an energetic customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the retail floor
• Introduce gear, cross-sell accessories and maximise sales
• Process and merchandise incoming second-hand and vintage stock
• Maintain a welcoming, high-energy shop floor
• Cover the Tuesday-to-Saturday schedule

Requirements

• Retail, customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Proactive and resilient mindset with an instinct to upsell
• Excellent communication and customer connection skills
• Interest in outdoor gear, vintage fashion or military surplus
• Reliable availability Tuesday to Saturday
