Lead and mentor seasonal outdoor instructors at a residential Banks Peninsula camp delivering outdoor education experiences for children, young people and adults.

Responsibilities

• Train, lead, mentor and supervise seasonal instructors
• Deliver and support outdoor education and adventure programmes
• Live on site and adapt working hours to operational requirements
• Maintain a child-safe environment and complete required checks

Requirements

• Experience teaching or instructing children and young people outdoors
• Strengths-based leadership and youth work understanding
• Strong people skills and a passion for outdoor education
• Ability to live on site and work varied hours
• New Zealand driver licence and police vetting eligibility
