Description

Lead 15–20 orchard staff during seasonal thinning and harvest operations while reporting to the Orchard Manager at a Canterbury farm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 15–20 orchard staff.
• Support orchard thinning and harvest operations.
• Report progress and issues to the Orchard Manager.
• Use computer systems and software as required.

Requirements

• Previous orchard experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfort with computer systems and software.
• Valid New Zealand work visa.

Benefits

• Pay of NZ$27–$30 per hour depending on experience.
• Fixed-term seasonal work from approximately mid-October to mid-April.
