Join a family horticultural business for seasonal outdoor kiwifruit thinning, working on your feet in changing weather and supporting quality fruit production.

Responsibilities

• Thin kiwifruit vines outdoors for approximately eight hours per day.
• Work on your feet with arms raised for extended periods.
• Follow supervisor instructions and learn seasonal horticultural skills.
• Communicate with the team using WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Physical fitness for prolonged outdoor work on your feet.
• Minimum height of 160 centimetres.
• No existing back, neck or shoulder injuries.
• Reliable transport and legal New Zealand working rights.
• Availability for eight hours per day, five to six days per week.
• Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment drug testing.
