Description

Provide reception and guest services at a high-volume holiday park, processing arrivals and bookings while assisting housekeeping and creating positive visitor experiences.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out
• Answer phones and emails efficiently
• Process bookings, refunds, payments and data entry
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and reservations
• Handle guest requests and complaints positively
• Share local Lake Tekapo information
• Assist the housekeeping team when required

Requirements

• At least six months of relevant reception experience
• Understanding of online travel agencies
• Booking-system familiarity; Seekom is advantageous
• Excellent customer service and high-level English
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work under peak-season pressure
• Current work visa and strong teamwork
• Weekend and public-holiday availability
