Provide outstanding customer experiences through hands-on support and service excellence in tourism sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent 5-star service and traveller support including vehicle show-throughs and drop-offs
• Manage incoming emails and calls regarding booking requests, queries, and complaints
• Quality check all vehicles prior to collection to ensure presentation standards are met
• Assist the detailing team with vehicle grooming, kitset restocking, and safety checks
• Maintain high presentation standards across all physical workspaces
• Support scheduling, fleet planning, and maintenance coordination in the booking system
• Coordinate with the Fleet Department to manage on-road issues, COFs, and licensing
• Complete general duties and support the broader business as required

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Energetic team player willing to perform both customer-facing and hands-on operational tasks
• Relentless attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Passionate about travel, tourism, and the outdoors
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on a Monday-Sunday roster, including public holidays
• Availability throughout the peak season from October to March
• Proactive and positive attitude focused on traveller satisfaction
