Responsibilities

• Customer service and front-of-house responsibilities
• Managing guest bookings and registration
• Payments, and cash handling
• Responding to calls and emails
• Housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Computer literacy
• Administrative/reception & cash handling experience
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Good level of fitness, work ethic and sense of humour
• Team player but can be autonomous
• A friendly and helpful attitude, and the ability to act on your initiative
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, and additional shifts
