Responsibilities

• Prepare and present beautifully crafted dishes in a busy café environment
• Work rotating 7-day roster with 2 days off each week
• Develop and contribute new menu ideas
• Manage ordering and stock control
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency

Requirements

• Confident and experienced chef with café experience
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
• Creative flair with excellent food presentation skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
• High standard of food safety and hygiene knowledge
