• Communicate with airline staff and passengers

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confident spoken English
• A second language is a real advantage, especially fluent Mandarin or Cantonese, which help us support the many travellers who speak them
• A tidy, professional presentation
• A friendly, approachable manner and the confidence to match
• Good physical fitness for long periods of standing and walking
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Your own reliable transport, preferred given the shift times
