Maintenance supervisor role managing facility operations, team leadership, and preventative maintenance at Tekapo Springs resort.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance Manager in property and asset monitoring
• Maintain operational and safe facility standards
• Supervise maintenance team
• Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues
• Perform preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance
• Ensure staff and contractor compliance with safety procedures

Requirements

• Team leadership - 3+ years supervisor level experience
• High level of comfort with training others
• Confident with wide variety of tools and equipment
• Able to drive a variety of vehicles
• Refrigeration experience
• Technical mind capable of learning complex systems
