Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes for luxury lodge guests
• Produce beautifully presented dishes with attention to detail
• Work with head chef and follow instructions
• Develop and contribute new menu ideas
• Keep kitchen clean, tidy, and running efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

Requirements

• Confident and experienced chef with café/restaurant experience
• Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
• Reliable and motivated to work weekends and public holidays
• Creative flair with excellent food presentation
• Team player with good communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
