Manage daily restaurant and bar operations at a boutique alpine hotel in the Southern Alps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Train and motivate staff to align with hospitality values
• Address international guest feedback and inquiries effectively
• Assist with other departments when needed

Requirements

• LCQ (License Controller Qualification) required, Manager's Certificate preferred
• Current NZ working holiday or work visa
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous practical boutique hospitality experience
• Knowledge of F&B systems
• Strong conversational English
