We’re looking for an outgoing, confident and friendly Brand Ambassador to support an upcoming customer activation at Bayfair.

Responsibilities

• Approaching and engaging with customers in a friendly and confident manner
• Answering questions about the promotion
• Assisting customers to upload their receipts using their mobile devices or an iPad supplied onsite
• Encouraging customers to participate in the Spin to Win competition
• Roaming between two activation sites within Bayfair
• Representing the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Requirements

• Confident and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable approaching and assisting members of the public
• Reliable and punctual
• Confident using mobile devices and iPads
• Previous promotional, retail, hospitality or brand ambassador experience is advantageous, but not essential
