Work remotely setting appointments for insurance advisers while earning a strong base salary plus uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective insurance customers
• Start genuine conversations with potential clients
• Qualify whether prospects are open to free insurance quotes
• Ask the right questions to assess customer needs
• Pass qualified opportunities to insurance advisers
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions

Requirements

• Phone-based sales experience in appointment setting or telesales
• Confident speaking to strangers on the phone
• Self-managed and disciplined with remote work
• Comfortable with basic technology and laptop setup
• Quiet home workspace with reliable internet
• Valid NZ working rights

Benefits

• $65,000 base annual salary paid weekly
• Uncapped commission and performance bonuses
• OTE $75,000-$80,000
