• Fixing and maintaining oyster baskets on the water
• Removing shell waste to protect the crop
• Assembling gear on shore
• Pitching in with general labour and farm tasks
• Reliable and hardworking
• Happy working outdoors in all sorts of weather

Requirements

• Spend your days on the water instead of behind a desk
• Learn practical aquaculture skills (no experience needed — we train you)
• Join with a friend — we have 2 roles available
• A great way to earn while exploring Northland on your days off
• Physically fit
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Commitment: 3 months
• Location: Whangaroa, Bay of Islands
