Lead teams on a state-of-the-art Rockit apple orchard, coordinating daily tasks and orchard operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily orchard tasks with Orchard Manager
• Lead small teams in seasonal activities
• Oversee pruning, thinning, tree training, and harvest
• Promote safe and efficient work practices
• Identify ways to improve productivity

Requirements

• Practical experience in pipfruit or orchard operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Physically fit for outdoor work in all conditions
• Valid NZ work visa

Benefits
