Responsibilities

• Process meat in the lamb boning section
• Trim and prepare meat products using knives
• Pack and box goods for distribution
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Work night shifts (4pm to 2:30am)
• Meet production targets and quality standards

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual and determined to be at work every day
• Some knife skills and meat trimming experience is beneficial bot not essential
• Experience in packing and boxing up goods
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and strong
• Work well in a team environment
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen
• Conversational English
