Join our team for seasonal kiwi fruit picking in a physical outdoor role with competitive pay and great team environment.

Responsibilities

• Harvest kiwifruit by hand from orchard vines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily picking targets
• Maintain quality standards during picking
• Follow safety procedures and orchard guidelines

Requirements

• Valid Working Visa
• NZ Bank Account & IRD Number
• Your own car or van (you’ll travel to different orchard sites)
• Good level of fitness
• Preferred height between 165cm and 180cm
• Good English
• Positive attitude & strong work ethic

Benefits

• 34 per 18 bushel bin (includes 8% holiday pay)
• Team-based pay — total bins picked each day are split evenly across the team
