Description

Front-facing hospitality role at a boutique lodge serving Chinese tourists, providing culturally-aware guest services.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and check in guests with professional manner
• Provide primary point of contact for guest needs
• Manage breakfast service including preparation and setup
• Provide assistance in Mandarin for East Asian guests
• Optional housekeeping and room turnover support

Requirements

• Conversational fluency in Mandarin (highly desirable)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with attention to detail
• Previous experience in guest-facing hospitality or service role
• Passion for providing excellent service standards
• Ability to commit for minimum 3 months
