Description

Fixed-term kitchenhand position at luxury lodge providing culinary support and kitchen cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of dishes and equipment
• Cleaning and tidying of kitchen and food storage areas
• Re-stocking supplies including food and cleaning items
• Other cleaning duties related to culinary operations
• Maintaining appearance of back of house area

Requirements

• Passion for service delivery and hospitality
• Minimum 6 months cleaning experience
• Experience in 4/5-star hotel or resort environment ideal
• Strong communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
